  • 400ml red or white wine

  • 45ml brandy

  • 45ml Cointreau

  • 200ml fresh orange juice

  • 100ml fresh apple juice

  • Real ginger beer

  • Fresh lime, lemon, pink grapefruit and orange pieces

  • Crushed ice


  • 1.

    In a glass, add wine, brandy, Cointreau, orange juice and apple juice

  • 2.

    Top up with real ginger beer

  • 3.

    Garnished with fresh lime, lemon, pink grapefruit and orange pieces

  • 4.

    Serve in a large carafe with crushed ice
