Yummy banana bread that i use olive oil to make it healthy and moist and yum!
Mix all the dry ingredients- flour, baking powder, cinnamon, caster and brown sugar in a bowl.
Make a well in the middle.
Add olive oil, vanilla extract, 2 eggs,
3 mashed bananas
Pour into greased loaf tin, or line with baking paper.
Bake for 45mins to an hour - 160 degrees.

Best to use brown bananas which are much sweeter.
sprinkle with some brown sugar to make it that little bit sweeter, the kids love it.
