Break up mince in a mixing bowl. Chop bread and onion separately in a food processor. Add to the mince with Moroccan Seasoning, egg and salt and pepper and mix well. Form into four large patties and refrigerate for 20 minutes if time allows.
In another bowl make salsa by combining tomatoes, onion, Gourmet Garden coriander and season with salt and pepper and a squeeze of lime.
Spray a hotplate with olive oil and heat to very hot, then reduce to medium. Cook the burgers for 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
To assemble burgers, spread base of bun with hommus or yoghurt and add a handful of salad leaves and beetroot. Top with a burger patty and cover with tomato salsa.
