Coconut Chia Mousse

A healthy and delicious dessert option from {allyouneedislove} by Passion Projects


  • 8 heaped tsp {allyouneedislove} complex berry Superfood Powder

  • 4 tbsp coconut butter

  • 6 tbsp coconut milk

  • 6 tsp shredded coconut

  • 1/2 cup Almond milk

  • 1 tsp Lime/Lemon juice

  • 1 heaped tbsp Chia seeds

  • Mango slices (small strips)


  • 1.

    Mix (by hand) coconut butter, coconut milk and almond milk to a creamy consistency Mix in the chia seeds and the lime/lemon juice (to taste).

  • 2.

    Spoon into small bowls, add mango slices and sprinkle on the Complex Berry Superfood Powder and shredded coconut.
