Sydney's El Loco shares one of their delicious recipes that will enjoyed by all!


  • 6 Good quality frankfurts

  • 6 Hot dog buns

  • Japanese mayonnaise

  • Grated cheese

  • Pico De Gallo

  • 2 Tomatoes finely chopped

  • 1 Eschallot finely chopped

  • 1 Clove garlic finely chopped

  • Half bunch coriander finely chopped

  • 1 Birdseye chilli (finely chopped)


  • 1.

    To make Pico de Gallo, combine all ingredients and season with salt to taste.

  • 2.

    Grill Frankfurts in a pan until hot and caramelised

  • 3.

    Steam buns and fill with hotdogs

  • 4.

    Top with pico de gallo followed by some mayonnaise and finish with lots of cheese

  • 5.

    Serve immediately
