Adrian shows us how to serve up his famous finger-licking Sweet and Sticky Chickety Wings.
Preheat over to 200C
Place chicken wings in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle over coriander, onion, chilli, garlic, Adrian’s spice mix and salt. Pour over lime juice and olive oil making sure to evenly coat the meat. Transfer dish to a preheated oven. After 15 minutes, turn chicken wings and cook for a further 25 – 30 minutes or until crispy and falling off the bone.
Meanwhile in a large bowl, combine parsley, coriander, garlic, chilli and the green part of the spring onion. Add olive oil and squeeze of lime juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper and toss gently to combine.
