Peel the carrots, parsnips, Jerusalem artichokes and celeriac, then cut them into cubes
Wash the white of leek and cut them into rounds. Wash the celery and cut it in two
Place the vegetable stock cube, cube of carrot, celeriac, parsnip and Jerusalem artichoke, celery, leek and 850ml water into the Soup and Co.
Press the P button to select programme P1. Confirm the programme by pressing the OK button.
Leave to cook for 25 minutes. When the soup is ready, the appliance beeps three times.
Serve hot with a homemade bread roll.
