Why not try boiled potatoes with a difference. It's simple, all it takes is adding some Vegeta and voilà!


  • 1 kg baby potatoes, washed

  • water for boiling

  • 1½ tsp Vegeta Delight Vegetable stock powder

  • 1 garlic bulb, cut in half, horizontally

  • 4 sprigs thyme


  • 1.

    In a pot, cover potatoes with water and add a teaspoon of Vegeta Delight.

  • 2.

    Cook until the potatoes are barely tender and strain the water.

  • 3.

    Arrange potatoes in baking tray, sprinkle with the rest of Vegeta Delight and add thyme sprigs and garlic.

  • 4.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 7-10 minutes, or until crispy and golden.

  • 5.

    Serve with garden salad or any meat, chicken or fish dish.
