After winning Best Italian in the I Love FOOD Awards 2012, Criniti's shares their infamous one metre pizza recipe with 3 toppings Azzuri, Magarita & Miranara.

  • Dough

  • Sugo di pomodoro

  • Mushrooms

  • Artichokes

  • Semi sun dried tomatoes

  • Bufula cheese

  • Prosciutto

  • Ricotta cheese

  • Basil

  • Oregano

  • Olive oil

  • Margarita

  • Dough

  • Sugo di pomodoro

  • Bufula cheese

  • Basil and origano

  • Marinara

  • Dough

  • Sugo di pomodoro

  • Fior di latte cheese

  • Basil

  • Mussels

  • Calamari

  • Vongole

  • Prawns

    Open a base of 1 meter long 0.5 wide spread the sauce throughout the pizza. Then Spread the cheese evenly throughout the whole pizza. Spread the topping of each pizza according to the section. Place into a wood fire oven pre heated at 400 degrees and let it cook for 3 – 4 mins. Once its golden brown and crispy and the edges are rising it is ready to come out of the oven. Place onto a 1 meter serving board and cut it into small squares. Pizza will generally give you 30 slices.

    Basil throughout the whole pizza

  • 2.

    Fresh ricotta and prosciutto on the “azzuri” section

  • 3.

    Sprinkle oregano on azzuri and margarita

  • 4.

    Drizzle olive oil throughout the whole pizza.

  • 5.

    Serve with two pizza spoons on each end.
