This cocktail from Helm Bar mixes sweet and sour in a refreshing cocktail.


  • 60ml St Germain Elderflower Liquor

  • Dash of Lemon Juice

  • Dash of Honey

  • Chili syrup (see below)


  • 1.

    Chili syrup: Clean several chilies and remove the seeds. Muddle the chilies with simple sugar syrup and strain.

  • 2.

    Shake all ingredients well with ice.

  • 3.

    Serve in martini glass. Garnish with chili on rim.
