Slice open rolls and spread one side of each roll with horseradish cream and the other with Cranberry Sauce. To caramelise onions, on low heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter, then add 1/2 an onion sliced thinly and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Cook over very low heat, stirring frequently, until onions are translucent and sugar has caramelised. Layer remaining ingredients onto rolls and serve.
