  • 2 bread rolls

  • 1 tablespoon horseradish cream

  • 2 tablespoons Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce

  • 1/3 cup caramelised onion slices

  • 4 slices rare roast beef

  • 1 tomato, sliced baby spinach leaves

  • 3/4 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® dried cranberries

  • 4 puff pastry sheets, separated

  • 2 teaspoons cumin seed


  • 1.

    Slice open rolls and spread one side of each roll with horseradish cream and the other with Cranberry Sauce. To caramelise onions, on low heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter, then add 1/2 an onion sliced thinly and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Cook over very low heat, stirring frequently, until onions are translucent and sugar has caramelised. Layer remaining ingredients onto rolls and serve.
