This roast chicken recipe would go down a treat at Sunday lunch.
Over medium heat melt butter in a frying pan. Add onion, garlic, Craisins®, salt and pepper.
Cook until onions are soft and clear, add bread and fry for approx 5 minutes or until light brown. Add parsley.
When cool enough to handle, stuff mixture into chicken, season and roast according to size.
