Team this salsa recipe with bruschetta for the perfect summer starter,
Preheat oven to 180c.
Cut bread into 4cm rounds, brush with butter and bake until golden. Lightly combine trout, mayonnaise, apple and celery. For the salsa combine avocado, tomato, Craisins®, onion and sauce. Place a teaspoonful of trout mixture on top of bread round and top with salsa.
