We share the signature seafood recipes from I Love FOOD Award Seafood winners, Red Cray Seafood Restaurant.


  • 300g Black Angus sirloin beef

  • 1/2 Moretan Bay Bug

  • 3-4 WA Prawns

  • 2 royal blue potatoes


  • 1.

    Submerge royal blue potatoes in boiling water until soft then strain potatoes and mash them until soft , add butter and cream to form a smooth texture then add sea salt for seasoning

  • 2.

    Grill sirloin to your liking then in a pan, sauté the WA prawns and Moretan Bay Bug with olive oil and a tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon garlic, season with sea salt and a pinch of crack pepper . Deglaze the pan with white wine and add cream.

  • 3.

    To serve simply place mash in the middle of the plate then add the steak on top as well with the seafood and top with garlic sauce.
