  • 320g eye fillet beef

  • 240g Daikon(julienne)

  • 80g Carrots(Julienne)

  • 60g Shallots(Julienne)

  • 20g Ginger(grated)

  • 20g Broccoli sprouts

  • 80ml Ponzu

  • 2tbs Basil pesto


  • 1.

    Seare beef (medium rare).

  • 2.

    Slice beef into 5mm thick.

  • 3.

    Place the sliced beef on the plates.

  • 4.

    Top with Daikon,Carrots,ginger,shallots and Broccoli sprouts.

  • 5.

    Sprinkle with ponzu sauce, put basil pesto on the side.
