Clean soft shell crab.
Make tempura batter by mixing tempura flour and water.
Dip crab into tempura batter then put in to hot oil(180Ž).
Fry untill cook all the way then take out from oil.
Halve the soft shell crab and sprinkle with teriyaki sauce,
Serve with bed of lettuce sprinkle with black pepper.
