  • 1pc soft shell crab

  • 1tbs Teriyaki sauce

  • 2tbs tempura flour

  • 4tbs water

  • frying oil

  • lettuce for garnish


  • 1.

    Clean soft shell crab.

  • 2.

    Make tempura batter by mixing tempura flour and water.

  • 3.

    Dip crab into tempura batter then put in to hot oil(180Ž).

  • 4.

    Fry untill cook all the way then take out from oil.

  • 5.

    Halve the soft shell crab and sprinkle with teriyaki sauce,

  • 6.

    Serve with bed of lettuce sprinkle with black pepper.
