  • 1 cup peach nectar (or pureed fresh peaches)

  • 2 tsp honey

  • 4 small scoops lemon sherbet

  • 3 cups chilled sparkling (carbonated) lemonade

  • 4 small scoops lemon sherbet

  • fresh peach slices and mint for garnish


  • 1.

    Store honey into peach nectar and pour into 4 champagne flutes. Scoop sherbet into each glass and top with sparkling lemonade. Serve immediately, garnished with peach slices and mint.


For a larger crowd, triple recipe and prepare in a punch bowl. Top with soda immediately before serving.
