Halva Balls

These Turkish sweet treats are a great pressie and they last for yonks!


  • 2 cups (700g) honey

  • 2 cups (340g) tahini (hulled)

  • optional ½ cup dry roasted almonds (roughly copped)

  • roasted sesame seeds to roll in.


  • 1.

    Mix honey and tahini together, aim for smooth consistency, toss through chopped almonds.

  • 2.

    Then roll into little balls, and give them one roll in the roasted sesame seeds!

  • 3.

    Then whack them in the fridge and let them set. These are a great pressie and they last for yonks!
