Heat oil in a heavy based baking dish and panfry chicken until golden on each side, without cooking all the way through.
Cut South Cape Spring Onion & Chive Cream Cheese into 8 slices.
Top each chicken fillet with a slice of cream cheese and wrap in prosciutto.
Roast at 200°C for 15 minutes until prosciutto is crisp and chicken is cooked through. Serve with green beans.
• Substitute South Cape Herb & Garlic or Pepper Cream Cheese instead of Spring Onion & Chive Cream Cheese for variety.
• The same recipe can be made with beef fillet or pork steaks instead of chicken.
