Even better than a restaurant, this super simple sticky pork is great with noodles, a stir-fry or even a salad.
Pre heat oven to 200C.
For the marinade, combine tomato sauce, Chinese five spice, honey, soy, garlic and chilli in a bowl.
Place the pork fillets into the marinade and coat well.
Place pork on a hot BBQ to caramelise and seal, turning to sear evenly for 5 minutes.
Place on a non-stick baking tray and cover with foil. Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
For an even richer flavour, marinade the pork fillets overnight.
