Serve this fish spread with some fresh bread for a delicious summer starter.


  • Zest of 1 lemon and juice of 1/2

  • 185gm Sirena Tuna in oil

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 French shallot, finely diced

  • ¼ cup of good quality whole-egg mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • Salt and Pepper


  • 1.

    Drain the tuna into a medium bowl and mash with the back of a fork. Add the lemon zest, juice, paprika, parsley, mustard, shallot and the mayonnaise. Season to taste and serve with some fresh bread.
