A twist on double fudge martini


  • 15 ml Chambord blackberry Liqueur

  • 2 ml Kahlua rich chocolate taste + energising caffeine

  • 5 ml Frangelico Hazelnut flavoured liqueur

  • 15 ml Baileys

  • 30 ml Cream


  • 1.

    Shake the Chambord, Kahlua and Frangelico and strain into a chilled martini glass.

  • 2.

    Mix the Baileys and layer cream on top.

  • 3.

    The chocolate flavour is created from sweetness and combination of the dark liqueurs.

  • 4.

    His cocktail is named after the infamous Michael Jackson.

  • 5.

    Due to the method of layering the mixtures, the black (Kahlua, Frangelico

  • 6.

    And Chambord) under the white! (Cream and Baileys) – A bit controversial!
