Bruschetta with Tuna Slices, Pesto and Walnuts

Start off a dinner party with this low-effort, high-impact starter.


  • 1 jar of your favourite pesto

  • 1 handful toasted walnuts

  • Sirena tuna slices in oil

  • ¼ bunch of chives finely sliced

  • 4 sliced of sourdough

  • Shaved parmesan, to garnish

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt


  • 1.

    Toast the sourdough on each side until golden brown. Spread each slice with a thick lather of pesto and top with the tuna slices. Sprinkle on the walnuts and chives. Finally finish with the parmesan and a little olive oil.
