Rustle up a treat for the family with this delicious bake from episode 11 of Everyday Gourmet.


  • 2x 95gm can Sirena Tuna Puttanesca

  • 300g macaroni pasta, boiled (following packet instructions)

  • 1 ball of mozzarella cheese, grated

  • ½ cup firm ricotta cheese

  • 1 handful of fresh bread

  • 1 handful of grated parmesan

  • ¼ bunch basil, picked


  • 1.

    Preheat grill

  • 2.

    In a large bowl mix the tuna and its oils with the mozzarella, ricotta, basil and cooked macaroni. Place in a baking dish and sprinkle on the breadcrumbs and parmesan and place in the oven. Grill until the top is crunchy and golden. Serve with a green salad on the side.
