Cinnamon Maple Macadamias

These sticky macadamias are the perfect topping for yoghurt or porridge.


  • 1 ½ cups Macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • ¼ cup maple syrup


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

  • 2.

    Toss the nuts with cinnamon. Spread on a baking tray. Bake until lightly golden and fragrant, about 20-25 minutes.

  • 3.

    Pour the syrup over the nuts and stir to combine.

  • 4.

    Bake for 5 minutes more, then cool on the baking tray.
