Kick start your day with this tasty fruit frappe.


  • ½ ripe pineapple, peeled and flesh chopped

  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and flesh removed

  • 2 tbs. Greek style yoghurt

  • 2 tsp. honey

  • ¾ cup orange juice, freshly squeezed

  • Zest and juice of ½ a lime

  • ½ a punnet of fresh blueberries (optional)


  • 1.

    Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and thick. Pour into individual glasses and garnish with some blueberries.


This can also be frozen to make individual ice blocks.
