A zesty side dish from Coles.


  • 1kg carrots, peeled,

  • juice of 1 orange

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 20g butter


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 210°C or 190°C fan. Cut carrots into batons. Place carrots, both juices and sugar

  • 2.

    In a small baking pan. Toss to combine.

  • 3.

    Dot butter over carrots. Bake for 30-40 mins, or until tender and sauce is glossy.
