• 1kg Coles Brand Boneless Turkey Breast Sage & Onion Crusted with Bacon Lattice Cranberry-wine sauce

  • ½ cup Coles Brand Cranberry Sauce

  • ¹⁄3 cup red wine

  • ¹⁄3 cup Coles Brand Real Chicken Stock

  • ½ cinnamon stick

  • 1 piece orange rind (about 2cm wide and 6cm long, without white pith)


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 190ºC or 170ºC fan. Remove top cover from the turkey tray and cover with foil. Place in oven and cook for 40 mins. Remove foil and cook a further 30-35 mins, or until juices run clear whenpierced with a skewer. Set aside to rest for 5 mins.

  • 2.

    Meanwhile, to make sauce, place all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring until evenly combined. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 7 mins, or until reduced slightly. Cool slightly and remove rind.

  • 3.

    Transfer turkey to a board and cut into thick slices. Serve with the sauce.
