Preheat oven to 180ºC or 160ºC fan. Line a large baking dish with non-stick baking paper. Place ham on prepared tray. Brush with half the included glaze and stud with cloves. Bake for 30 mins. Brush with remaining glaze and bake for a further 30 mins, or until golden.
Combine sour cream with mustard and chives and stir until smooth. Carve ham and serve with mustard cream.
SERVING SUGGESTION Ham can be cooked in advance and served at room temperature.
