Using leftover roast turkey from thanksgiving celebration dinner


  • 1Tb minced garlic,

  • 2TB greek yogurt,

  • 2 rings red onion,

  • 100g turkey,

  • 2 rings pineapple,

  • 2Tb corn,

  • 1 small capsicum sliced,

  • 2 Tb Cranberry sauce,

  • 1Tb dried parsley,

  • 1 Tortilla wrap


  • 1.

    Preheat oven 180*C fanforced oven

  • 2.

    In small ramekin mix greek yogurt and garlic together

  • 3.

    Cut up remaining ingredients ready to top pizza

  • 4.

    Spray pizza tray with cooking spray

  • 5.

    Place tortilla wrap on tray

  • 6.

    Spread with garlic/yogurt mixture

  • 7.

    Top with remaining ingredients evenly around pizza

  • 8.

    Cook 15min

  • 9.

    Cut into quarters or 8ths
