  • 100g Yoplait forme' Vanilla Yogurt

  • 6 Strawberries (5 cut in half, 1 cut into fan)

  • 20g CSIRO Heart 1st Breakfast Cereal (Low GI (39)

Method

  • 1.

    Place 1/2 yogurt in bottom of parfait glass.

  • 2.

    Add 3 strawberries,

  • 3.

    Then 1/2 of the cereal

  • 4.

    Then repeat layers.

  • 5.

    Serve with strawberry fan on glass edge.

  • 6.

    Eat it with a long Parfait spoon.
