A simple and quick pasta meal for you to try at home using John West Red Salmon.
At John West we go one step further to make sure you always enjoy the richest tasting red salmon.


  • 375 g Ribbon Pasta

  • 210 g Can John West Red Salmon Drained & Flaked

  • .5 cup sundried tomato

  • .5 cup Fresh basil leaf

  • 2 teaspoons Capers

  • 2 teaspoons Balsamic vinegar

  • Parmesan Cheese for garnish


  • 1.

    Cook pasta until al dente.

  • 2.

    Drain and return to hot saucepan, add John West Red Salmon and remaining ingredients, tossing well.

  • 3.

    Season with salt and cracked black pepper.
