Enjoy this delicious summery cocktail created by Ed Loveday from Sydney bar The Passage. Served in punch bowl or carafe!


  • 75ml White Rum

  • 250ml Pomegranate Juice

  • 40ml Lime Juice

  • 30ml Sugar Syrup

  • Handful of Fresh Mint Leaves

  • 1 Batlow Apple (thinly sliced)

  • 2btls Batlow Premium Cider


  • 1.

    Combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl with plenty of ice and stir to combine. Ladle into individual punch glasses and garnish with a mint sprig and apple slice.
