Spice up your next dinner party with this recipe for spicy beef.
Combine Garam Masala, corn flour, ginger juice, sugar, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
Cut meat into medium (3cm thick) slices and marinate in the spice mixture
Refrigerate for an hour – or for best results, overnight
Sautee onion in a tablespoon of olive oil until just softened, then panfry meat until cooked to your liking
Serve with coleslaw and sweet chilli dipping sauce
