This is a really quick and tasty way of cooking lamb or any other meat, chicken or fish.


  • 2 x 100g lamb rump steaks

  • 2 Tbs store-bought pesto


  • 1.

    Marinate lamb for at least half an hour in pesto

  • 2.

    Preheat BBQ grill over medium high heat.

  • 3.

    Spray steaks with oil spray and cook for 3-4 minutes each side, turning once.

  • 4.

    Cover loosely with foil and rest for 4 minutes before serving.
