A quick-and-easy dip idea, perfect for dinner and cocktail parties.


  • Tasty dip or can be used instead of butter.

  • 400g tin cannellini beans drained and well washed

  • 2 tbs Pesto paste- avoiding the oil

  • 3 tbs low fat yoghurt

  • ½ tsp lemon juice

  • Salt & pepper


  • 1.

    Blend all ingredients until smooth, adjust seasonings.
