Crunchy Chocolate & Honey Dipping Sauce

Looking for a quick-and-easy chocolate treat? Make this tasty crunchy chocolate & honey dipping sauce, using only 4 ingredients!


  • 2 x 100 g Toblerone ® chocolate bars

  • 1 cup cream

  • 4 teaspoons Beechworth Honey

  • 2- 4 teaspoons brandy


  • 1.

    Break chocolate bars into pieces and gently melt in microwave at 10 second intervals, stirring until melted.

  • 2.

    Using a metal spoon, stir in remaining ingredients.

  • 3.

    Refrigerate until mixture thickens.

  • 4.

    Serve with fresh summer fruits e.g. pineapple, strawberries, raspberries, bananas, rock melon, watermelon, grapes, kiwi fruit, figs or cherries.
