A delicious. quick and easy duck stir fry.
Slice thinly the Luv-a-Duck Peking Roast Duck meat and set aside
Place noodles in a bowl and cover with hot water until they separate.
Heat the sesame and vegetable oil in a wok and sauté the garlic and onion.
Add the Peking Duck and heat through.
Add carrot and red capsicum and toss through til tender.
Drain the noodles and add to the wok with the three sauces (kecap manis, mirin and sweet chilli) to combine.
Divide the noodles into bowls and garnish with spring onions and coriander leaves
