An appetising recipe for sauteed garlic shoots by Tim Keenan from series 3 of Mercurio's Menu.


  • 200g garlic shoots

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Sea salt


  • 1.

    Blanch shoots in boiling salted water until tender.

  • 2.

    Toss with olive oil and sea salt.

  • 3.

    Serve hot.
