Enjoy the power of the smoothie, with this energising recipe from Eat Yourself Sexy Australia's resident nutritionist, Emma Sutherland.


  • 100ml soy milk

  • 30g rolled oats

  • 70g natural yoghurt

  • 30g frozen berries

  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

    Combine all ingredients and mix in blender.
