Try this extravagant dish of fine French Mont d'Or cheese baked with white wine and garlic.
Remove the lid of the wooden Mont d'Or box and wrap tinfoil around the outside of the remainder of the cheese box.
Using a desert spoon make a well in the centre of the cheese and add the garlic and white wine.
Wash the unpeeled potatoes, and boil till cooked through.
Cook the cheese at 180º C for 25 minutes or until a golden crust has formed.
Serve with potato’s meats and pickles.
