A quick and tasty raspberry sauce recipe.


  • 320g raspberry

  • 175g sugar

  • zest of orange

  • 25ml orange juice

  • 25ml lemon juice

  • ½ tsp white balsamic

  • 50ml water


  • 1.

    Place all ingredients in a non- reactive saucepan and bring to boil.

  • 2.

    Turn down heat and simmer for five minutes.

  • 3.

    Remove from heat and cool in stainless steal bowl.

  • 4.

    Leave over night if possible, then pass through fine sieve the next day.
