Ham and Pasta Salad Topped with Yoghurt Poppy Seed Dressing

Try this tasty ham and pasta salad for a quick-and-easy meal idea. Perfect for using up your left-over Christmas ham!


  • 250g KR Castlemaine Premium Ham Cooked, thinly sliced and broken into bite sized pieces

  • 500g penne pasta, cooked and cooled

  • 150g sugar snap or snow peas, blanched in hot water and cooled in cold water

  • 250g cherry tomatoes, halved

  • Poppy seed dressing:

  • ½ cup natural reduced fat yoghurt

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives

  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon

  • 1 teaspoon dried mustard powder

  • ½ teaspoon poppy seeds

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


  • 1.

    Combine pasta, snow peas, tomatoes and ham in a large serving bowl.

  • 2.

    Place dressing ingredients in a screw top jar and shake until well combined.

    Pour over salad and toss.
