Peppered Tuna Steaks

They are delicious if you are a seafood person!!

Ingredients

  • 4 175g tuna steaks

  • 4 tsp sunflower or olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp pink, green and black peppercorns, crushed

  • 4 baked potatos

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • handful of fresh rocket leaves

  • lemon wedges

Method

  • 1.

    Lightly coat the tuna steaks with the oil and salt.

  • 2.

    Then coat in the peppercorns.

  • 3.

    Heat a frying pan and add the fish, when hot, and cook over a medium heat for 2 - 3 minutes.

  • 4.

    Serve with baked potatos dabbed with a little butter, rocket leaves and lemon slices on the side.
