Garlic prawns is a varety of garlic, prawns and cream. It is a lovely main course thet goes well with a nice rump
Heat a heavy based pot until hot. Add the butter, prawns and garlic and stir fry until prawns are half cooked and set aside.
Mix the stock powder and hot water togetheruntil it has dissolved. then add to the cream.
Using the exact same pot, warm the cream mixture until hot, make sure to stir constantly!! DO NOT BOIL!!
Add the salt, pepper, parsley and prawns together to season.
Mix the cornflour and the cold water together and add to the pot to make it thicker.
Continue to cook until prawns are cooked through properly.
Turn the pan on hot and cook the steak until pink in the middle.
Serve prawns over steak!! ENJOY!!
