Try this home made Miso broth for a tasty meal idea.


  • 1 sachet of Miso soup

  • 5 chopped snow peas or sugar snaps

  • ¼ red onion

  • 1 clove diced garlic

  • ½ zucchini

  • ½ diced carrot

  • 1 handful of rice noodles


  • 1.

    Heat a pan to medium heat, add all the vegetables and stir fry for 4 minutes.

  • 2.

    Add 1 cup of water, the miso soup sachet and the rice noodles, allow to simmer for 2 minutes and serve.
