A home made muesli recipe to kick start your day.


  • DRY

  • 1kg oats

  • 250gr rolled spelt

  • 250gr rolled barley

  • 250gr almonds

  • 250gr macadamias

  • 200gr pepitas

  • 50gr sesame seeds

  • Mix all dry mix until even

  • WET

  • 13 egg whites

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 3 tbsp agave nectar


  • 1.

    Heat honey and agave until melted, add to whisked egg whites.

  • 2.

    Mix through dry mix and toast in small batches at 130 degrees celsius until golden brown and crunchy.
