Vanilla Poached Pears and Apples

Try this deliciously sweet dessert treat.


  • 2 pears cut into cubes

  • 2 apples cut into cubes

  • 80 g dried organic peaches

  • 1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • 1 orange, zested and juiced

  • 1 tbsp agave nectar

  • 300ml water


  • 1.

    Place all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to the boil.

  • 2.

    Pop a lid on the pan, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

  • 3.

    The fruit should be soft but not mushy.

  • 4.

    Serve poached fruit with muesli, nuts and natural yoghurt.
