  • 2 cups lettuce torn into pieces

  • 1 tomato, cut into 8 pieces

  • ½ cup steamed asparagus pieces

  • 1 95 g can tuna, drained

  • 40 g fetta cheese, crumbled

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar


  • 1.

    Mix the lettuce, tomato and asparagus.

  • 2.

    Add the tuna and feta cheese.

  • 3.

    Drizzle with the olive oil and toss to coat.

  • 4.

    Add the balsamic vinegar and toss again.
