Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Mix together all of the dry ingredients (except the walnuts) in a bowl.
Mix together all of the wet ingredients in another bowl.
Combine both wet and dry ingredients together and mix thoroughly.
Lastly fold through the walnuts and pour into a loaf tin and bake for 1 hour.
